By inviting and using Vertex, you agree to these Terms and to comply with Discord’s Terms and guidelines.

2) Introduction

• Welcome to Vertex! By using Vertex Bot ("the Bot"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the Bot.

3) Usage

• You control your server’s roles, channels, and moderation decisions.
• You’re responsible for ensuring Vertex has the correct permissions to function.
• Owner-approved DevTools (like permission bypass requests in V1.1.3) are optional and revokable.

4) User Conduct

• You agree not to use the Bot for:
• - Harassment, threats, or abusive behavior.
• - Spamming or flooding channels.
• - Exploiting bugs or vulnerabilities in the Bot.
• - Any illegal activities or violation of Discord's Terms of Service.

5) Data Collection

Features and terms can change over time. Major updates should be reflected in the Updates page.

6) Liability

The Bot is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. The developers are not responsible for any damages, data loss, or issues caused by the Bot. Use at your own risk.

7) Updates and Changes

We reserve the right to update or modify the Bot and these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Bot constitutes acceptance of any changes.

8) Termination

We may terminate access to the Bot for users who violate these Terms or Discord's Terms of Service. Users may also remove the Bot from their server at any time.
